With 12+ years of experience in meditation practice and 11 years as a certified meditation coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many individuals on their journey to inner peace, mindfulness, and personal growth.  I have an MBA from University of Houston, founded a non-profit organization Ashirwad A Blessing and served as a CEO/President of Frontier Consulting, Inc for 16 years.

● For our online meditation workshop, you will need a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera and microphone.
● Do not eat 3 hours prior to the workshop or do not drink 45 min prior to the workshop.
● Choose a calmer place that is not distractive. Let your family members know you are attending the workshop and are not available for the next 2 hours.
● Talk to you Doctor if you have severe illness or cold or cough
● We will provide specific instructions and any additional materials required for the workshop.

Can I ask questions or seek guidance during the workshop?

● Absolutely! We encourage participant engagement. Our instructors are available to answer your questions, provide guidance, and facilitate discussions during the workshop.

● Yes, participants will receive access to workshop materials, guided meditation recordings, and other resources to support your ongoing meditation practice. You can also join our weekly meditations on Saturdays at 6:30 PM to 7 PM Indian Time (8 AM to 8:30 AM Central Time, USA)

How long is each meditation session in the workshop?
