What do I need for the online workshop?
● For our online meditation workshop, you will need a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera and microphone. ● Do not eat 3 hours prior to the workshop or do not drink 45 min prior to the workshop. ● Choose a calmer place that is not distractive. Let your family members know you are attending the workshop and are not available for the next 2 hours. ● Talk to you Doctor if you have severe illness or cold or cough ● We will provide specific instructions and any additional materials required for the workshop.
